We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems, maintenance, and project execution within energy sector environments. The candidate should be able to manage technical operations, lead engineering initiatives, and ensure the efficiency and safety of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems, components, and processes.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and production projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Manage vendor coordination for mechanical equipment and materials.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades or replacements.
• Document engineering procedures and generate technical reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant mechanical engineering role preferably in Oil & Gas sector. 
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials.
• Proficient in mechanical analysis tools.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams.
