| Job Detail | Responsibilities · Oversee
activity planning, daily scheduling, and monitor field operations across
production and development sites. · Optimize
plant parameters for safe, efficient, and cost-effective day-to-day operations. · Ensure
timely reporting and review of daily field data. · Lead
process simulations, equipment sizing, and design calculations for both tenders
and ongoing projects. · Review
and develop process engineering deliverables including: · PFDs,
P&IDs, Cause & Effect diagrams, datasheets, and shutdown/control
philosophies. · Equipment
specifications, operation manuals, HAZOP reports, and maintenance procedures. ·
Conduct process optimization studies and ensure
alignment with project scope and operational needs. ·
Utilize simulation software such as Aspen
HYSYS, PipeSim, and FlareNet for design and validation. ·
Prepare and review technical tender documents
and RFQs. ·
Conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE), vendor
clarifications, and support procurement. ·
Verify FEED design integrity and ensure
compliance with engineering standards. ·
Provide process engineering input during
installation, commissioning, and handover of projects. ·
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and
ensure technical integrity of deliverables. ·
Supervise junior process engineers; allocate
responsibilities and provide technical mentorship. ·
Foster a collaborative and professional work
environment that supports innovation and accountability. · Interface
with internal departments and vendors for seamless project execution. · Ensure
adherence to internal engineering procedures and regulatory health and safety
requirements. · Maintain
high standards of documentation and control for engineering records and
communications. · Ensure
confidentiality and integrity of company information in all interactions. Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor’s
or Master’s in Chemical/Process Engineering. · 6-10
years of experience in process engineering within oil & gas or energy
sector. · Proficient
in engineering tools and simulation software (HYSYS, PipeSim, FlareNet, etc.). · Strong
understanding of engineering codes and safety regulations.
· Excellent
communication, leadership, and time management skills. |
