Job Detail

·       Performing various legal/ commercial/ regulatory functions

·   Drafting of various transactional documents including GSAs, GPAs, COSAs etc. and have them negotiated with JV partners/ customers/ Government officials before execution of same. Advising procurement team on matters relating to tendering and service contracts.

·       Drafting Contracts for procurement department

·       Drafting and preparing D&P Leases

·       Coordinating with Company's external legal counsels

·       Correspondence with JV partners on matters relating to legal and regulatory affairs.

·       Representing Company in various legal matters at different Judicial & Quasai- Judicial forums

·       Correspondence with DGPC and other regulators on matters related to legal and regulatory affairs

·       Advising Company on various legal/ commercial/ regulatory matters

·       Identify legal concerns that arise during transactions.

·       Participate in the drafting and/or evaluation of legal papers and agreements.

·       Coordinate operations in the firm's legal aspects of important agreements with international partners, buyers, and financiers, with the goal of preserving the firm's interests.

·       Drafting contracts, memorandums of understanding, and agreements by incorporating legal terms to meet the requirements of a binding contract.

·       To examine legal papers related to oil and gas transactions in the upstream and midstream sectors.

·       Liaison with all legal bodies and government bodies

·       Legal consultation in business development

·       Advise the management on the section of an experienced attorney for pleading the cases in various courts

·       Briefing the chairman/ director operation on the court proceedings related to company’s cases

·       Perform all additional duties concerning from discipline as assigned by chairman or any superior officer on his behalf
