·      Minimum of 5 – 7  years of hands on experience in handling and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment involved in HCPU, Dehydration, CSU etc.

·      Obey superiors in performing the duties pertaining to your discipline and any other job assigned to you in the Field Operations by your superiors at field from time to time.

·      Maintenance record of all the equipment installed at field shall be maintained at all the times.

·      Learn the various workshop activities and procedures utilized for repair and maintenance of equipment.

·      follow the maintenance procedures for operation and repair of pumps, coolers and other stationary and rotary equipment.

·      Learn field maintenance procedures for operation and repair of generators, engines and allied systems including radiator cooling and oil supply system.

·      Undergo HSSE Policy, Procedures & guidelines trainings.

·      Work as a team member, follow the working ethics and respect the seniors.

·      Maintain strict confidentiality regarding M/s PEL field operations.

·      Protect Plant Property and Assets by every possible means.

·      Be under observation for a trial time of six months period. During this time frame your performance, learning skills and the developed expertise will be evaluated through test/examination to analyze your performance.

·      Follow the Punctuality and Discipline during the training period.

·      Maintain the integrity and will not indulge in any corrupt practices/bribery while on the job.

·      DAE in Mechanical with at least five years practical experience in the maintenance field

·      Strong knowledge of mechanisms and control systems

·      Exceptional ability to perform in a noisy, humid, hot and high volume machine production environment.

·      Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities.

·      Hands-on experience with static and/or rotating equipment, and attended major overhauls for gas processing facilities including pumps, gas compressors.

·      Ability to take initiative and to work in an independent manner.
