· Carryout all activities and tasks assigned by Head office / senior management from time to time. · Manage the accounts and administer all the expenses and financial aspects at Field. · Maintaining the Petty cash account, bills, vouchers, Fuel bills and land rental payments & documentations. · Ensure security in coordination with PEIC. · Coordinate and manage the land owners, occupants, Waderas / Elders of area, MNA, MPA and other notables of area. Also with the local Civil Administration for acquisition of land and maintain close working relationship with them. · On instructions of head office, carry out acquisition of land on rental / permanent basis for PEL after negotiating with the land owners on most economical rates. · Liaison and coordinate with law enforcement agencies for security arrangements. · Work in close coordination with PEIC and other Field officer(s) and will report to Head Office on routine / important events / incidents etc. · Jointly authenticate all the expenditure and payments along with PEIC and other concerned officer(s) / representative(s), and reporting to Head Office on prescribed format & dates as and when required. · Carryout all activities and tasks assigned by Head office / senior management. · Manage and supervise all the activities related to Field Administration and Accounts at Plant and well sites. · On instructions of Head office, carry out reconnaissance, marking and acquisition of land on rental / permanent basis for PEL after negotiating with the landowners on most economical rates as per guidance from Head Office. · Liaison and coordinate with law enforcement agencies for security arrangements. · Monitor and maintain the record of all the security, admin & accounts related affairs, and immediate reporting of any untoward incident to the concerned superior official through proper channel. · Work in close coordination with PEIC and other Field officer(s) and will report to Head Office on routine / important events / incidents etc. · Maintaining the Petty cash account, bills, vouchers, Fuel bills and land rental payments, messing affairs with proper documentations and reporting on daily basis · Good / fluent in communication and presentation skills · Sindhi, English and Urdu languages (Writing, Reading and speaking). · Must be skilled to use MS Office particularly Excel, Power Point etc. · Ability to take initiative and perform assigned tasks / work independently |
