·    Review of implemented/installed project with reference to the project  design, perform due diligence reviews on all the project related documents an provide a professional feedback for value addition and efficient performance

·      Develop a detailed commissioning program in line with the design basis allocating time to each activity

·      Ensure compliance with QA/QC Process during the remaining Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Start up, Commissioning and operations.

·      HCDP and MRU commissioning 

·      Preparation of daily progress reports highlighting percent completion and next day programs

·      All the activities must be carried out in close coordination with field as well as head office team.

·   Working through the commissioning process to deliver key Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Process, ESDV/BDV Systems deliverable within stipulated timeframe, budget and to the highest quality standards.

·      Plan, organize and supervise the Inspection, Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up and operational activities of all the utilities/associated systems.

·      Trouble shooting of Process and Utility Sections.

·      Identifying the problems and providing prompt remedial corrective actions to bring the system back on stream quickly.

·      Ensure HSE and Safe Operating Practices throughout the Commissioning and Start-Up phases at all the levels.

·      Ensure prudent and optimal execution of plan and complete all the testing activities on each equipment individually.

·      Development of different field related documents including Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start -Up and Operations manual.

·      Establish clear guidelines to individual roles and responsibilities during the commissioning phase of the project.

·      Supervise and establish Instrumentation & Control Systems Operation in process plant startup and conduct performance trials.

·      Develop a complete document listing down of all the  problems/hindrances encountered during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up phases for future references.

·      Reinforce troubleshooting and problem solving strategies and minimize the risk in commissioning process by adopting commissioning Risk analysis, & operating problems

·      Develop and review PTW system and implement HSE at all levels

·     All professional duties assigned by Chief Executive or any senior functionary of the company on his behalf.
