JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assist in all activities pertaining to processing facilities along with allied equipment for their Installation, Commissioning and smooth Operations.

-Assist in determination of mechanical spare parts requirement for revamping of processing facilities.

-Assist in Executing the Turn arounds, Revamping, Inspection and transportation etc.

-Be responsible for assistance in maintaining record and inventory of all assigned projects.

-Maintain/Repair all the Mechanical equipment and machinery at Plant site in order to keep all the equipment operational/ functional at all times.

-Be responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Routine Maintenance and emergency/unscheduled repairs of field equipment as per SOPs.

-Be responsible for the fabrication, operation and maintenance of all the mechanical equipment installed/available at assigned site.

-Read and follow equipment maintenance manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

-Determine problems, replace or/ repair parts, test and make adjustments as and when required.

-Be responsible for regular checks/maintenance of all the mechanical machinery / equipment.

-Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with HSE Guidelines, legislation, company standards and industry practices.

-Identify faults in the machinery / equipment, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to supervisor and take preventive measures immediately.

-Be responsible for implementing safe working environment as per Oil & Gas standards, work as a team member, follow the working ethics and mentor the juniors.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

-DAE in Mechanical with not less than five years practical experience in the maintenance field

-Strong knowledge of mechanisms and control systems

-Exceptional ability to perform in a noisy, humid, hot and high volume machine production environment.

-Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities.

-Hands-on experience with static and/or rotating equipment, and attended major overhauls for gas processing facilities including pumps, gas compressors.

-Ability to take initiative and to work in an independent manner
