Job Responsibilities:

Ø Hardware Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all hardware within the IT infrastructure at field locations.

Ø  Network Installation and Troubleshooting: Manage the installation and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN systems, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi networks, and radio links.

Ø  Software Installation: Install and configure essential software, ensuring compatibility and efficiency for business operations.

Ø  Attendance Systems: Install, configure, and maintain attendance monitoring systems to ensure accurate and efficient operation.

Ø  CCTV and NVR Systems: Set up, configure, and maintain NVR (Network Video Recorder) and CCTV systems across all field locations to ensure security and surveillance standards are met.

Ø  Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day IT operations, including system performance monitoring, link stability, CCTV functionality, and access control systems (ACS).

Ø  User Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.

Ø  Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation for both user-level and system-level processes and configurations.

Ø  Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all organizational matters, strictly safeguarding any information or documents. You must not disclose or share any sensitive information with unauthorized individuals, both during your employment and after leaving the organization.

   Ø Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned that are in line with the nature and level of the position.


      Job Requirements:

Ø               Ø Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer sciences or a related field.

Ø  Experience:

o   At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an IT department or related area, with hands-on experience in LAN/WAN installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including all related hardware and software.

o   Proven experience in managing CCTV security systems, both offline and online.

o   Expertise in handling local and LAN-based printing systems.

o   Experience with video conferencing tools and conducting online meetings using available platforms.

Ø  Technical Skills:

o   Strong knowledge of information systems, software, hardware, security systems, and backup solutions.

o   Familiarity with the latest IT trends, updates, and technological advancements.

o   Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults in desktops, laptops, and phones.

o   Expertise in managing and troubleshooting operating systems, networks, and other technological systems.
