Job Detail

·      Handling, calibration and troubleshooting of sales gas metering equipment such as orifice meter run, Barton Chart Recorder, Gas Chromatograph, Flow Computer, Moisture Analyzer etc.

·      Hands on experience in handling Gas Chromatograph, Flow computer and moisture analyzer with its installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.

·      Hands on experience on troubleshooting of PLC and DCS of Dehydration, HCDPU and condensate Stabilization system.

·      Assist in determination of Instrument and Electrical spare parts requirement for revamping of processing facilities.

·      Assist in Executing the Turn arounds, Revamping, Inspection and transportation of various equipment.

·      Be responsible for assistance in maintaining record and inventory of all assigned projects.

·      Maintain/Repair all the Instrument and Electrical equipment and machinery at Plant site in order to keep all the equipment operational/ functional at all times.

·      Be responsible for Joint Metering Calibration of Static Pressure, Differential Pressure and temperature using electrical/pneumatic measurement equipment.

·      Be responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Routine Maintenance and emergency/unscheduled repairs of field equipment as per SOPs. 

·      Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all the Instrument and Electrical equipment installed/available at assigned site.

·      Read and follow equipment maintenance manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

·      Determine problems, replace or/ repair parts, test and make adjustments as and when required.

·      Be responsible for regular checks/maintenance of all the Instrument and Electrical machinery / equipment.

·      Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with HSE Guidelines, legislation, company standards and industry practices.

·      Identify faults in the machinery / equipment, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to supervisor and take preventive measures immediately.

·      Be responsible for observing safe working environment as per Oil & Gas standards, work as a team member, follow the working ethics and mentor the juniors.

·      Must have the ability to interpret schematic drawings (to component level) of pneumatic loops, hardware relay logic diagrams, PLC control programs, motor control circuit diagrams, etc.

·      Must associate circuit symbols with actual components to include solid state electronics (transistors, integrated chips, resistors, capacitors, etc.) and common industrial electrical hardware (relays, contactors, starters, etc.).

·      Must be able to install electrical conduit of the various trade size (pvc, emt, rigid) and install instrumentation tubing.
